@ATT AT&T sucks. I wish they could bill me correctly. After 2 hours yesterday, they send me an email with incorrect fees (again!) today. At this point, they are choosing to be as wrong as possible. Don’t ever sign up with AT&T. You’ve been warned.

@ATTHelp I landed in Mexico and can’t add an international plan. Every link redirects to Mexico homepage. MyAT&T app says “oops try again later” at login. Tried calling and disconnected twice. I just don’t want to pay these astronomical roaming charges. $2 a MB is ridiculous.

@ATT just left a corporate store my brother left with out his issue being resolved. Customer service was pure garbage. The sales rep wouldn't let us even enter the store past the hand sanitizer.

@Wookapaug @ATT Yes. I had a cross-body bag with two zippered compartments and they stole it out of that. It was VERY shoulder-to-shoulder crazy crowd trying to get to the Sutro Stage to see Disclosure. So some ******* took advantage of that "closeness." I mean, obviously I blame myself but

@TheRealJesse28 I'd love to have @ATT Fiber here but sadly it will probably never happen. 😔 We can't get any better than 25Mbps copper from them so I had to switch to Xfinity to get the speed I needed for my teacher wife and student daughter and still be able to stream without buffering.

@ATT What’s worse… trusting AT&T to actually care. Purchased an upgrade iPhone & been trying to return it for a week…a disaster. Called at least 6 times Told they would send me a return slip. Lies. Never did and then transferred me to some third party vendor.@ATT is terrible
