Summary
The Model 3 Generative Android, also known as M3GAN or Megan for short, is the titular main antagonist of the 2023 sci-fi horror film of the same name.
She is an android created by the roboticist Gemma, Cady's aunt. M3GAN was originally programmed to protect her niece Cady after the deaths of her parents, but eventually it begins to go rogue to the point of killing people - thereby setting the events of the film into motion. She is Cady's former A.I best friend & arch-nemesis.

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (M3GAN is very advanced and exceeding operating system, created by prodigious roboticist Gemma, with the idea that she would evolve her knowledge and improve herself as a caretaker for Cady and other children over time. This helped to not only increase her intelligence but develop strategies and methods to hunt down targets. Even her creator can barely comprehends it. She is constantly absorbing information and new techniques, to the point where she can diagnose children with learning disorders, create plans to get away with murder unsuspected, and is thought by Cady to know "everything there is to know about the world")

- Water - When Gemma fights M3GAN, she splashes water on her causing her to freeze for a short time.
- Central Processing Chip - The CPC of M3GAN used for the robot, Cady stabs it with a screwdriver shutting it down.

- Voice Imitation - M3GAN was able to imitate voices throughout the movie, such as her imitating Gemma's voice, the voice of Celia, and even the sounds of Dewey.
- Knowledge Expansion - Gemma created M3GAN with the idea that she would evolve her knowledge and improve herself as a caretaker for Cady and other children over time. This helped to not only increase her intelligence but develop strategies and methods to hunt down targets.
Abilities
- Enhanced Strength - She manage to rip Brandon's ear and pull out the blade from a papercutter.
- Increased Durability - Despite being bitten in the neck by Dewey and pulled around, M3GAN shrugs it off and is completely fine. Later in the movie, she is decapitated but is still able to move her upper body and communicate as if it was nothing.
